It is with great emotion to share that Livbud will be closing as of January 13th for the remainder of the winter months. Our last day of service will be January 12th.

These past two years have been an incredible team effort as we've learned so much about what it means to bring plant forward food to our neighborhood of Wallingford/Fremont and the greater Seattle area. We are very grateful to our regulars, specialty vendors, and staff for embracing 
Livbud's spirit and keeping the positive vibes flowing. 


We want to give a special thanks to Chef, Sarah Hughes, for being relentless in her dedication towards developing Livbud's menus, culture, and hospitality. Anyone who has interacted with Livbud since the day we opened knows how much love and care Chef Sarah has poured into the restaurant. Her ability to adapt, innovate, and educate us all on plant forward food has been invaluable. Thank you very much Chef for your leadership over the past two years, we greatly appreciate everything you've accomplished and how you maintained your commitment and integrity during some challenging times.

We see this winter break very much as a temporary closure for us to hone in on our offerings and reflect inward about what resonates both with us and our guests. We understand that where we are today does not connect enough with our neighborhood and the greater Seattle area to maintain a sustainable business. No matter what, throughout this break we're staying true to our core, "to inspire balance in our daily lives", and can't wait to share some of our exciting ideas with you – so stay tuned!
